Larry Lepold, M.B.A.
Executive Coach and OD Specialist

Larry is a business and organization development consultant providing focus on increasing organization effectiveness and business performance. He has developed core methodologies that shorten time to intended results and eliminate wasted resources, by developing and strengthening alignment, commitment, and connection throughout the organization.

Larry founded Motive Strategies with a mission to advance the level of performance and sense of ownership wherever people join and combine efforts. He offers expertise for developing project-team and collaboration practices, and advocates customer intimacy programs. Larry introduces and facilitates action learning methods for group development, and offers flexibility as a resource for many larger scope corporate-wide performance improvement initiatives.

Larry studied Organization Development and applied its principles while working in responsible team and program leadership roles in high-tech sales and marketing. He has managed strategic customer and partner relationships, defined corporate-wide service programs introducing innovations and pioneering business processes, and led cross-functional teams in supply-chain execution. His career spans large, complex organization settings of AMD and Sun, as well as small and rapid-growth enterprise software startups, including Selectica. He holds a BS degree and an MBA.
