John Hinton , M.B.A., MA

John Hinton brings insight, leadership, and 25 years of business experience to
Growth & Leadership Center. John's work in high tech corporations covers senior level, sales, marketing, operations, and business development experience. John received his MBA from Pepperdine University, and also holds a Masters in Education, a Masters in Pyschology, and a BA in Philosophy.

His specialty is coaching individuals dealing with complex corporate dynamics in rapidly changing organizations. John brings a combination of a strong business background along with a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics, and a high sense of ethics to his work with GLC. John has a deep commitment to helping people improve their performance individually and in corporate groups. He brings enthusiasm, practical solutions, an inquisitive and intuitive style, and a sense of humor to his work as an executive coach.

Prior to joining GLC John has held the position of CEO in his own corporation, VP positions is Sales and Marketing, and was Director of Business development were he worked to building business opportunities, mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. He has worked in start-up companies as well as multinational large cap corporations. Through this work, John has developed a rich understanding of multiple business functions, priorities, pitfalls, and processes which enables him to provide insight and guidance to his coaching clients.
