Jennifer
Mounce , SPHR
Executive Coach and Trainer
Jennifer
Mounce, SPHR, is an expert in leadership development and human capital
strategy. Jennifer's passion lies in making a positive and valuable
impact in organizations through her work with individuals who manage
or lead others.
Jennifer has significant experience coaching executives, facilitating
workshops, and consulting on employee engagement, emotional intelligence,
talent development, and leadership competencies. Jennifer is also
a published author of two books and is known as an energetic, engaging,
entertaining, and educational speaker.
Jennifer's work has provided lasting results in a wide range of organizations
including: Destination Hotels & Resorts, Inova Health System,
Baxter, Yahoo!, Capgemini, Leo Burnett, Hu-Friedy Manufacturing, US
Cellular, and OSI Industries. She is uniquely qualified with her prior
fourteen years of corporate background and hands-on experience to
specialize in working with leaders. She prides herself on a strong
work ethic and her ability to provide powerful business solutions.
Giving back to the professional community is an important part of
Jennifer's life. While in Chicago, Jennifer actively participated
in the Society of Human Resource Professionals, a local SHRM chapter.
She was on the board of directors for 7 years and was President of
the chapter in 2004. Jennifer also served on the workforce excellence
committee of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. Now in San Francisco,
Jennifer serves on the programs committee for the ASTD Golden Gate
chapter and is an Account Director for the TapRoot Foundation.
Jennifer is a graduate of the Coach University Coach Training Program.
Jennifer received her Bachelor's in Speech Communication from University
of Illinois and Master's in Human Resource Management from Loyola
University Chicago. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human
Resources. Jennifer can be found on her road bike, at a spin class,
or going for a hike when not working. She and her husband, Jeff, take
advantage of the beauty and wonderful outdoor activities the Bay Area
has to offer.
