Janelle Schmidt, M.A.
Executive Coach and Trainer

Janelle brings a combination of a strong business background along with a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamic to her work with GLC. She has over 20 years of senior management experience in major Silicon Valley firms, responsible for project and program management on a global scale. Through this work, Janelle has developed a rich understanding of multiple business functions, priorities, and processes which enables her to provide insight and guidance to her coaching clients. Her specialty is coaching individuals dealing with complex corporate dynamics who manage high performing project teams.

Janelle has a deep commitment to helping people improve their performance, both individually and in teams. She recently obtained an M.A. in Psychology, furthering her knowledge of human dynamics and how these dynamics impact people’s performance in the workplace. She brings enthusiasm, solutions, and a sense of humor to her work as an executive coach.
