Antoinette Dawson, M.A.
Executive Corporate Coach

As an Executive Leadership Coach, Antoinette Dawson brings over 20 years of sales, management and leadership
expertise to the GLC team. Antoinette specializes in coaching corporate leaders, senior management and their sales teams, as well
"on-boarding professionals" in high-tech-high growth companies.

Antoinette is an avid sports fan and 'student of the game' (NFL, NBA, MLB) and utilizes sports vernacular and situational illustrations to translate the strategic 'unwritten rules' of the corporate game.

For the last 5 years, Antoinette has been immersed in her evidence-based coaching research with executive clients and, most notably, in her mentorship with Dr. Otto Laske PhD PsyD (Interdevelopmental Institute). The research is focused on Leadership Development process & practice.

Antoinette is finalizing master certification with Dr. Laske as a Developmental Coach (integrating executive coaching and adult development). She holds a masters degree in Collaborative Leadership from Saint Mary's College of California and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
